Field Service Manager
Currently, we are seeking a Field Service Manager to support our Williamsport, MD location and surrounding areas. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!
Main Duties: Guide, coach, mentor road technicians on service work. Provide resolution to technicians who need additional technical support. Work with customers, technicians and other staff to seek resolution. Travel to customer locations.
Requirements: Must be customer service focused. Mechanical and technical knowledge of lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated mechanical expertise. Attention to detail a must. Ability to think 'Outside the Box' and problem solve. Proficient using a computer. Oversee the training and development of technicians
