Essential Duties of: Sales Manager

1. A leader of Sales Department

2. To supervise all personnel in the department and assign the role and responsibility of the following tasks to every personnel in the department. Sales for our products including trade business (company products) / New business development / Contract / Pricing / Customers' services to maintain the relationship with our customers including delivery quality issues / Accounting receivable

3. To develop the departmental business plan and scorecard in line with the company business plan and scorecard to manage to achieve the goal of the company and departmental scorecard.

4. To lead the department to meet both the company and department goals to manage people.

5. To communicate all personnel to be informed about company and departmental directions and policies.

6. To develop performance standards for all positions within the department.

7. To ensure consistent and fair evaluation according to these standards to motivate people.

8. To maximize the capability of each person

9. To develop a training program.

10. To resolve any payroll issues involving time records to manage overtime, sickness, and vacations.

11. To maintain necessary staffing levels by completing requisitions and participating in interviews and other aspects of the staffing process as needed.

Other Duties:

1. To promote the sales as a sales representative.

2. To develop and maintain the standards of operation related to the area of Sales.

Training:

1. Leadership

2. ERP system

3. Basic of product and process engineering

4. Standard cost

5. Inventory management

6. Effective listening skills, and negotiation skills

There are no minimal educational requirements for this position. Individuals are qualified based on achieved educational levels, transferable work experience, positive attitude to learn and to adhere with all job functional expectations and aptitude as demonstrated and depicted during the selection process.

Decision Making:

Responsible for all sales and demand chain related actions.

Financial Responsibilities:

1. To meet the business plan's Sales and profitability

2. Develop for approval and implement the business plan in the areas of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, departmental labor cost, and Sales expense including transportation cost.

3. To manage profitability in terms of Sales pricing and Purchasing price.

Communication:

1. To constantly maintain two-way communication with Leadership team members, supervisors, advisors, support departments, setters, and operators.

2. Time to Time, it is essential to communicate with HQ in Japan to have sales support and advice.

3. Actively participate in Leadership team meetings which are scheduled daily, weekly, and quarterly.

4. Maintain records of performance, attendance, and other employee issues necessary to provide job feedback to employees and to complete reviews.

5. Ability to maintain good communication with customers and company staff.

Results of Action:

1. Maintain a sustainable relationship with customers to increase sales and profitability for a long term.

2. Develop new business and customers for growth.

3. Achieve the goals of the company and departmental scorecard.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Computer (Google, Microsoft Office, ERP and Barcode System)

5. Understanding of company goals and customer requirements.

6. Basic computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office, ERP and Barcode System).

7. Marketing for Bearing and Automotive Components

8. Listening and Negotiation skills

Working Conditions:

Office and manufacturing/production environment as required.
