Job Description
- Manage the accurate reporting of the international aspects of the federal tax return, including forms 5471, 8858 & 8865.
- Foreign E&P calculations, Subpart F analysis, various IRS statements for all returns & reorganizations (GRAs, 351,368, 926, Dual Consolidated Loss, etc.)
- Analyze and review of the worldwide tax provision and effective tax rates in accordance with ASC 740.
- Research & planning on various international tax issues, including analysis of new tax laws & proposed legislation.
- Responsible for various IRS elections related to international transactions including section 338, functional currency changes, entity classifications, etc.
- Assisted in analysis of company’s global transfer pricing charges between U.S and foreign jurisdictions.
