As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ken Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
