The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving all business development efforts in the MN & Western WI markets. The focus will be on creating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and positions Stevens Construction Corp. for continued success in these markets.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Understand client visions and help bring them to life
• Build lasting relationships with potential customers and community influencers
• Establish strong ties within the local community and construction industry
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure client needs and commitments are met
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in business development within construction or a related industry
• In-depth knowledge of the local market, especially in commercial real estate development
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for both short- and long-term goals
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Experience in community and economic development is a plus
• Multifamily construction or development experience is preferred
