About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial, accounting, and reporting functions. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. This executive will also partner with the leadership team to drive business strategy, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, as well as experience in managing accounting teams and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to influence strategic decisions and drive organizational growth.
