What You'll Do Provide safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages receiving infusion therapies. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans for patients and families. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately. Mentor colleagues, support staff development, and participate in unit projects. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts RN license. Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
