Youth Development Leader - Flexible Schedules & Impact
YMCA of Greater Houston
The YMCA of Greater Houston in Texas is seeking a passionate Youth Development Leader to join its team. In this role, you will foster a safe and enriching environment for children in before/after-school and day camp programs, inspiring young individuals while building strong relationships with their families. You will be responsible for guiding positive behavior, leading activities, and ensuring the safety of children at all times. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and have experience working with youth.
