SSHO - Federal/Medical Jobs - Johnson City, TN - $100,000 - $120,000

We're hiring a Construction Site Safety Manager (SSHO) to join our team. You'll own the build-out of our jobsite safety management system - policies, procedures, and field execution that meet all applicable safety regulations. This role is hands-on: maintain and document safety standards, spot issues early, and drive corrective actions to closure.

We're also open to an aspiring Assistant Superintendent / Project Supervisor who wants to grow into a safety leadership role. If you have 3-5 years of field leadership experience and you're ready to be trained into a strong safety manager - while communicating clearly with crews and leadership - apply now.
