Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Owning the platform substrate for merchant and advertiser data marts, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Analytics will build and operate new systems for Retail Media and marketing measurement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop a comprehensive data mart catalog and query-pattern analysis to ensure a single source of truth for production marts Lead the Hive Iceberg migration and establish a standardized revenue-attached mart with necessary compliance features Implement and enforce a marts-first access policy across high-traffic raw schemas to enhance data governance Required qualifications 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in building shared data platforms or lakehouse infrastructure Hands-on experience with Hive Iceberg migration on revenue-attached systems Proven track record of setting and having standards adopted by multiple product teams Experience with data-access governance under regulated frameworks like GDPR/CCPA At least one prior role in a regulated data environment such as financial services or healthcare
