Machine Operator

Join our team as a Machine Operator in a dynamic factory environment! We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to operate, monitor, and maintain essential production machinery. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $17.50 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available (Sunday through Sunday from 08:00pm to 08:00am)
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Set up production lines and prepare machinery for operation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- No previous machine operating experience required – we will train you!
- Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to commit to the demanding 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and required overtime.
- Ability to work in high temperature environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
