Compensation: $300,000–$450,000 annually

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule

• Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Monday or Friday: 7:30 AM–2:30 PM

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Missouri dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one
• Five or more years of general dentistry experience
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in practice ownership
• Motivation to lead, develop, and grow an established dental practice
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients and team members
