The facilities are beautiful and include laparoscopy, brand‑new ultrasound with echocardiography, rhinoscopy, video otoscopy, radio‑wave electrocautery, cold laser, digital radiography and more. Appointments are thoughtfully scheduled to avoid overload, with alternated wellness/sick visits, and time to build relationships, educate and truly work up cases. The team also enjoys a dedicated 90‑minute lunch break to properly catch up with each other, rest, reset and walk pets. Staff are respected, valued, and cared for, which is why they have such long tenure.
