Job Description :

This role demands a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and physical stamina to assemble coils efficiently and accurately.

Your New Role:

• Construct coils for HVAC systems by assembling aluminum fin plates and copper tubing based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Solder and braze components as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Record assembly processes and outcomes as needed.
• Package and prepare completed coils for shipment.
• Participate in training to stay updated on new techniques and industry standards.

What You Need:

• Previous experience in HVAC or manufacturing.
• Proficient in soldering, brazing, and using hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
