• Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (Saturdays are mandatory)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Starting pay is $11 to $13 per hour, depending on availability to work. After 6 months of completing training, pay for team members is $12 to $14 per hour (depending on availability). Leadership roles start at $17 to $21 per hour.

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
