Aurora Health Care seeks a senior coding educator to lead proactive education for clinicians on CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS. You will onboarding and ensure documentation accuracy from day one, reviewing clinician records, and guiding teams through complex issues such as NCCI and high-complexity edits. You will collaborate with CMOs, Clinical Informatics, Risk Adjustment, and Population Health, refining Epic tools and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering ethical coding practices and #J-18808-Ljbffr Aurora Health Care
