Sales Floor Team Member

Join the team at Haymarket! We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Floor Team Member to join our crew! In this role, you will do much more than just stock shelves. You will play a big part in keeping our store running smoothly, making our sales floor look amazing, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe for our customers and team members. If you are a team player who thrives in a structured environment and loves retail, we want to talk to you! What You Will Do Support the Team: Help welcome and train new team members. Offer friendly tips and coaching to help everyone succeed. Keep Operations Smooth: Help out with shift schedules and make sure daily tasks are assigned. Take regular inventory counts to keep stock accurate. Keep the Store Looking Great: Maintain a clean, safe, and beautifully organized sales floor that matches our high standards. Connect with Customers: Greet shoppers, help them find exactly what they need, and share your product knowledge to drive sales. Merchandise & Plan: Help set up fun product displays and work on promotional strategies to highlight our best items. Customer Focus: A natural ability to connect with people and deliver a great shopping experience. Strong Organization: The ability to keep track of tasks, inventory, and routines without missing a beat. Clear Communication: Great verbal and written skills for talking with customers, peers, and managers. Safety Minded: Understanding of basic food safety guidelines to keep our environment clean and compliant. Education & Experience Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: At least 3 years of retail customer service experience. Physical & Availability Requirements This is an active role on the retail floor. To succeed, you must be able to: Stand and navigate the sales floor for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy cases of stock out to the retail floor.
