Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy to patients according to physician prescription.
- Operate specialized equipment such as linear accelerators and TrueBeam.
- Collaborate with the oncology team for treatment planning and execution.
- Provide patient education on treatment procedures and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Adapt to flexible shift times as needed to cover facility hours.
Qualifications
- Valid ARRT (T) certification and AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Experience with TrueBeam equipment is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to float between assigned facilities if needed.
- Effective communication and patient service skills.
