Position Overview:

This position will provide support and troubleshooting for business applications.

*Experience with Highland OnBase (Content Innovation Cloud), and RightFax is highly desired.

*Basic AI Prompt engineering is preferred.

Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, industry best practices, procedures, and business operations. Has knowledge that extends beyond the assigned application.

Pay Range is $94,848.00 to $142,272.00 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
