Job Duties As a Guest Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include: Following Omni’s Moments of Service or Forbes Service standards. Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting. Restocking and replacing used items in guest rooms. Communicating the clean status of each room upon completion. Removing room service trays and tables from guest rooms. Organizing and stocking the supply cart to keep it neat. Checking equipment before and after use to ensure it is functional. Responding to hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Reporting damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor or housekeeping coordinator. Job Requirements To qualify for the Guest Room Attendant position, candidates should meet the following criteria: Basic English skills to communicate effectively with guests. Previous cleaning experience is required, with hotel housekeeping experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Capability to lift 20-25 pounds intermittently and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull a housekeeping supply cart.
