Packaging Operator

Horario: Lunes- Viernes 6:00am -2:30pm

Descripción del PuestoEstamos buscando un Operador de Producción / Empaque para un puesto físicamente exigente en un ambiente de manufactura. Este trabajo requiere estar de pie durante largos períodos, movimientos repetitivos y levantamiento frecuente de materiales pesados durante todo el turno. Funciones Esenciales
Realizar procesos de producción y empaque de acuerdo con órdenes de trabajo y SOPs
Operar equipos de empaque y manufactura en un ambiente de ritmo rápido
Realizar cambios de máquina, preparación del área y limpieza profunda
Identificar y solucionar problemas básicos del equipo y realizar ajustes
Mantener cumplimiento estricto con normas de seguridad, SOPs, cGMPs y estándares de calidad
Completar documentación de producción y empaque con precisión
Levantar, mover y manipular materiales de hasta 50 libras de forma frecuente
Permanecer de pie y en movimiento durante turnos prolongados (10+ horas) Requisitos y Experiencia
Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED
Experiencia previa en manufactura, producción o ambiente de almacén
Experiencia realizando trabajo físico pesado
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales
Certificación de montacargas o experiencia en manejo de materiales (preferido)
Experiencia en ambientes GMP (preferido)
Experiencia con SAP (deseable)
Requisitos Físicos (Esenciales)
Levantamiento frecuente, carga, empuje y arrastre de materiales de hasta 50 libras. Estar de pie constantemente, agacharse, estirarse y realizar movimientos repetitivos. Manipulación manual de materiales y equipos durante todo el turno. Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de producción físicamente demandante. Las demandas físicas aquí descritas representan aquellas necesarias para desempeñar exitosamente las funciones esenciales del puesto.
