Details:

Program Manager

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: 100% Remote(Need to work in EST)

Note: Mandatory Financial/Mortgage domain exp.

10+ years of program or project management experience
5-7 years of experience leading and managing a team
Experience forming a new program to support the strategic direction of the organization
Experience analyzing and escalating program and project risks
Experience leading program meetings and discussions
Experience ensuring goals are met in areas including team performance and program performance
