Delivery Cyclists play an important role in our operations by transporting laundry safely, efficiently, and professionally while helping us deliver reliable service to our customers.

Position Overview: Delivery Cyclists are responsible for transporting commercial laundry orders by bicycle in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow assigned delivery routes while representing Wash Cycle Laundry positively at customer locations. Delivery Cyclists work as part of the operations team and may assist with order verification, safe handling of laundry, basic bike checks, and communication with team members regarding route updates or customer needs. Successful team members demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, professionalism, and willingness to work in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport laundry orders by bicycle safely and efficiently.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Load, secure, and unload laundry orders properly.
• Verify orders at pickup and delivery points.
• Handle customer items with care and professionalism.
• Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
• Answer basic customer questions or direct concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or customer needs to the operations team.
• Follow safe cycling practices and all applicable road safety rules.
• Perform basic bike and trailer checks before and during shifts.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep delivery equipment clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Assist with routine bike maintenance when needed.
• Support laundry or operations tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• English Experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Physical endurance and confidence to manage bicycle deliveries safely
• Ability to ride a bicycle with a trailer safely and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of bicycle maintenance preferred
• Reliable and responsible
• Willing to learn
• Provide required documentation to confirm work eligibility
• Spanish Experience preferred but not required
