Job Responsibilities:

· Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment

· Organize, plan, and perform tasks to ensure good performance for store’s storage and shipment processes

· Train new employees on how to use machinery and conduct proper warehouse procedures

· Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

· Tag and label merchandise

· Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.

· Prepare and receive all orders for shipment/ receiving into inventory including lifting, cutting, tying, wrapping, boxing, hanging and carrying

· Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items

· Operate adequate merchandise tools (example, forklift, measuring tape, cutting knife, industrial ladders)

· Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs

Job Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must be able to lift min. 50 lbs

· Forklift Operation Certification and Previous Management Experience a plus

· Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker required

· Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Problem solver and Team player

Operating in 15 Flooring Superstores serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, South Jersey and South Carolina, we are seeking talented, highly energized, and experienced people to join our team! Familiarity with floor covering preferred, but we will train the right person.
