Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor and take ownership of end-to-end production execution. You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency. Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standards. Set production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalation. Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costs. Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performance.
What are the key skills we are looking for? Customer Orientation advanced level; aligning production priorities with internal and external customer needs. Drives for Results advanced level; setting clear goals and holding teams accountable for delivery. Influencing Skills advanced level; gaining buy-in across functions to resolve issues and implement changes. Automation Integration intermediate level; leveraging technology to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort. Continuous Improvement intermediate level; identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that enhance throughput. Lean Methodology intermediate level; applying lean principles to eliminate waste and streamline operations. Manufacturing Operational Performance intermediate level; monitoring metrics and driving actions to meet production targets. Manufacturing Process Optimization intermediate level; analyzing workflows to improve cycle times and output quality.
