Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Moon Township, PA. The hired Physical Therapist will have every Friday Afternoon Off . The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to support recovery and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, documenting progress, updating care plans, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role involves collaborating with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care, ensure safety, and maintain high standards of clinical practice. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree and active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate patients across diverse backgrounds.
