Located in Danville, IL
Salary: 20-35 CNC Machine Setup/ Programmer - $25-35/hr+ Express is partnered with a local company that designs and produces industrial machines Pay: Based on experience Day Shift: Monday through Friday Job Duties:- Read and understand engineering prints and technical documentation
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Program using Fanuc and Mazatrol (Conversational) programming systems
- Operate manual equipment such as milling, drilling, turning, and grinding machines
- Operate CNC milling, drilling, turning, and grinding equipment
- Hold tight tolerances and inspect finished parts for quality
- Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and edge finders
- Assist with miscellaneous shop duties as needed
- Read blueprints and machine details accurately
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not required
- 3-5 years of CNC setup/programming experience preferred
- Must have own tools/toolbox
- Required tools include calipers, micrometers, and edge finders
- Experience with Fanuc and Mazatrol programming required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
