A Food & Beverage Ingredients Supply company in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to serve as the backbone of their order fulfillment process. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, you will ensure that customer needs are met with precision and speed. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and speed. This role reports directly to the Department Manager and focuses heavily on high-volume data entry and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management : Monitor the shared "Order" inbox and promptly enter incoming orders into our system to ensure timely processing.
• Customer Communication : Handle primary administrative tasks, with a heavy emphasis on professional email correspondence with customers.
• Data Accuracy : Maintain high levels of accuracy while performing daily customer service and data entry tasks.
• Technical Integration : Utilize Sage 100 and Microsoft Office daily to manage workflows and documentation.
