Clinical research staff ensure that research is conducted ethically, efficiently, and with the patient at the center, supporting innovations that shape the future of medicine.Role Overview: Coordinate and perform research-related activities in clinic to ensure all required study related data is collected and reviewed to ensure compliance with research guidelines.Communicate with attending physicians, administrative staff, clinical trial nurses to ensure all required data is collected appropriately from research participants.Facilitate informed consent and re-consent visits for therapeutic and non-therapeutic clinical trials, including electronic and in-person consent workflows.Assist with timely and accurate data entry, review, and reconciliation in clinical research systems (e.g., CTMS, Epic, and etc), as applicable.Key Qualifications: Experience in a patient-facing role.Prior experience in clinical research is highly valued.Core Skills: Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments.Problem-solving to analyze situations, draw conclusions, and convey this information in a timely and proficient manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced and open environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner.Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission, and values.Additional Information: Location: Commack, NYSchedule: This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday. Standard hours are 9 AM to 5 PM; however, flexibility is required 1–2 days per week to accommodate an adjusted schedule of either 8 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM based on clinic needs.
