Location: Rockford, IL Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm; every other Saturday 8:00am2:00pm

As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Your ability to deliver high-quality specimen collection while creating a positive patient experience directly impacts care outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient's presence
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed

What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to meet compliance requirements
