We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and driven News Intern to join our team for Fall 2026. As part of a forward-thinking media organization, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to the storytelling that informs and connects our community across platforms. From breaking news to digital-first storytelling, this is your opportunity to experience what modern journalism really looks like. What You’ll Do This is a fast-paced, real newsroom—no two days are the same. Create & Contribute: Assist in researching, writing, and producing news stories for broadcast and digital platforms Be Where the Action Is: Work alongside reporters, anchors, producers, and photographers—both in the newsroom and out in the field Pitch Ideas: Bring fresh story ideas to the table and help shape coverage that matters to our audience Get Hands-On: Learn how to shoot video, frame compelling visuals, and understand what makes a story stand out Behind the Scenes: Gain exposure to control room operations and how live broadcasts come together in real time What You’ll Gain This internship is designed to build real skills—not just fill a line on your résumé.
