Remote HEDIS & EMR Quality Improvement Lead
Praxis Health
Praxis Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead and advance the organization’s quality performance, focusing on HEDIS measures, payer incentive programs, and population health initiatives. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to develop sustainable quality strategies and serve as the EMR quality expert.
The role requires 3–5+ years in healthcare quality, strong data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into practical improvements.
