Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Port Charlotte, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7A - 5:30P

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and ensuring quality patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
