Customer Ambassador We are hiring immediately for a full time Customer Ambassador position. Location: Canteen - 171 Covington Lane, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Further details upon interview. Requirement: Previous customer service experience preferred. Job Summary Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, auditing markets, and assisting with POS/Kiosk training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality. Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards. Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors. Ensures that all marketing, wellness and signage are current and in place. Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers. Drive a company vehicle safely to client locations. Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process. Ensures all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assist with customer training and account set-up. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
