We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Washington State for our Northwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady, 100% no-touch dry van freight. While hiring is open statewide across Washington, candidates must be able to seamlessly operate out of the Billings area. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.
Pay & Compensation- Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,500 average weekly pay
- Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
- Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
- Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
- Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round freight volume
- Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
- Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established regional lane network
- Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable fleet support
- Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
- Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
- Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
- Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety, reliability, and on-the-road comfort
- Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
- Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
- Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
- Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
