You’ll help align schedules, technical work, design activities, and project priorities across teams while supporting the resolution of engineering design and test issues.This role connects engineering teams, project priorities, and business requirements to help keep complex work moving toward successful completion.Key Duties / ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning, organization, integration, and completion of engineering projects within an assigned area.Develop and maintain engineering program plans, schedules, and priorities.Coordinate work across engineering and other functional teams to support technical development and project execution.Review product designs and related documentation for alignment with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and applicable specifications.Evaluate and coordinate engineering design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.Coordinate activities related to engineering schedules, technical development, and design or test issues.Support project financial activities, including budgets, cost estimates, and cost tracking.Communicate project status, technical information, priorities, and issues to relevant stakeholders.Work EnvironmentThis position supports cross-functional engineering and project work and requires regular coordination with multiple teams.The position requires domestic travel of up to 25%. And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Basic QualificationsTo be considered, candidates must meet all requirements listed:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, production, operations, or other project-based work across multiple teams.Experience developing, maintaining, or coordinating project or production schedules and managing competing priorities.Experience supporting project financial activities, such as budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking, or related project controls.Experience reviewing technical or project documentation against applicable requirements, standards, specifications, or customer requirements.Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze, track, or communicate project information.Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.Ability to provide occasional off-hours or weekend support when required by business or program needs.U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.Desired SkillsNice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy but are not required:Active Top Secret security clearance.Experience with production scaling and capacity planning.Experience supporting operational or manufacturing strategy initiatives.Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project or operational risks.Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tools.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and principles, work measurement, and labor standards.Experience developing and delivering customer-facing briefings and presentations.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
