Gastroenterology Physician – Florida Company: AdventHealth Sebring Location: Sebring, FL Role Overview We are seeking Gastroenterologists (Traditional and Hospitalist) to join our thriving GI practice in Sebring, Florida. The position offers a flexible model that can accommodate outpatient, inpatient, or a combination of both. Highlights Seasoned Gastroenterologist on staff Seasoned PA on staff ASC and Endo-suites on campus Clinic close to hospital EPIC EMR/DAX AI Olympus scopes Supportive/ Physician Led Administration Clinic schedule: Mon‑Thu 8:00‑17:00, Fri 8:00‑13:00 Hospitalist schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7‑on, 7‑off) Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology ERCP experience welcome but not required Medical Doctor with or without US residency, current US work visa (H‑1B, J‑1, or Permanent Resident) Benefits Earn up to $700,000 salary guaranteed with productivity incentives $100,000 Sign‑on bonus Occurrence‑based malpractice coverage 26 paid leave days CME days and generous $6,000+ allowance 403(b) retirement plan and 457(b) option Relocation allowance up to $15,000 Paid parental leave 501(c)(3) organization, eligible for PSLF Sponsorship for J‑1 (Conrad and SCRC), H‑1B, and Permanent Card available #J-18808-Ljbffr
