Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines Qualifications: • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: $75,000 - $145,000 yearly
