Barefoot Hide A Way Grill is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a timely manner.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and keep guests informed of wait times.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding the restaurant hours, menu, and services.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station and entrance area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and present a professional appearance.
- Competitive pay at $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
