We are a Skilled Nursing consulting company serving 27 locations throughout Arkansas, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and treating patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
Staying up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and best practices
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Current PT license in the state of Arkansas
Minimum of 0 years of experience in physical therapy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
