Clinical QA RN — Build & Lead Care Quality Program
Wider Circle
Wider Circle is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, RN, to lead and operate its clinical QA program. This hands‑on role reviews patient charts, designs the QA schedule, and ensures documentation is clear and well supported across the care team.
