Overview


We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect - SecOps to join our team. The ServiceNow Architect - SecOps role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing Security Operations (SecOps) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps, IRM integrations, and enterprise security frameworks, along with a strong passion for building scalable, compliant, and secure IT environments.

Job Description:


The ServiceNow Architect - SecOps is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations solutions. This ServiceNow Architect - SecOps position focuses on aligning security operations with industry standards while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms. The ServiceNow Architect - SecOps will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance within the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a senior technical leader, the ServiceNow Architect - SecOps will define best practices, guide platform strategy, and ensure scalable and secure implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions aligned with organizational security goals.
• Define and document SecOps best practices, frameworks, and methodologies following ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.
• Lead the integration of SecOps and IRM modules with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow data modeling, table structures, relationships, and ACL configurations.
• Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, and IT teams to improve incident response and vulnerability workflows.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance across implementations.
• Act as a technical mentor and advisor for ServiceNow development and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
• ServiceNow Architecture: 10+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
• ServiceNow SecOps: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Security Operations modules, including Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• IRM & GRC Integration: 7+ years of experience integrating IRM/GRC with SecOps and enterprise platforms.
• CMDB & ITSM/ITOM: 8+ years of experience working with CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM integrations.
• Security Frameworks: 6+ years of experience working with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.
• Data Modeling & ACLs: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow data modeling, table relationships, and access controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: 7+ years of experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
