Cherry Picker/Reach Truck Operator

Warehouse & Logistics Job in Hiram, GA

United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Cherry Picker/Reach Truck Operator for 1st Shift in the Hiram, GA area! Job duties include operating powered industrial equipment, performing pre-operation inspections of equipment, receiving and following pick tickets to locate and retrieve products, packing and weighing orders accurately, placing incoming items into inventory, conducting physical inventory and cycle counts, transporting completed orders to designated shipping areas, organizing items on pallets and maintaining a clean work area, learning product lines, SKUs, and proper warehouse locations, working with experienced operators to understand aisle flow, staging, and crate placement, and driving P.I.E. at reduced speed to ensure safe handling.

Pay and Shift:

• 1st Shift 8am-5pm
• $17.50 an hour

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
• Experience of operating powered industrial equipment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
