Payroll Specialist/HR Associate

Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain both electronic and printed payroll records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with various audits, including payroll, financial, and compliance audits. Support the HR Director as needed, contributing to various HR-related tasks and projects. Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and protect employee privacy. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
