Client Marketing Manager: Lantern is looking for a Client Marketing Manager to own our client reference and client advisory programs — building and nurturing an active pool of engaged client advocates who help bring Lantern's story to life for prospects and the broader market. This person will serve as the key point of coordination between our clients and Customer Success, partnering closely with CS to surface advocacy opportunities, manage client requests, and keep the client experience seamless across every touchpoint. Ultimately, this role exists to deepen client relationships and turn them into one of Lantern's most powerful growth levers — driving pipeline, expansion revenue, and deal velocity across the client lifecycle.
