Position Overview Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Options Available) Compensation: $45.00–$50.00+ per hour (based on experience) Program: Stable, in-house therapy program (not a contract agency) New Graduates: Welcome and encouraged to apply Why White Blossom Care Center? Key Responsibilities Deliver patient treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist in accordance with physician orders. Accurately complete daily treatment notes and weekly progress documentation per PT Board standards and facility guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, rehab conferences, and team communication. Assist in training Restorative Aides in collaboration with the nursing team to promote continuous patient mobility. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning. Maintain professional relationships and ensure all rehab equipment remains in excellent working condition.
