Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber FP&A professional to join an elite team of FP&A consultants. This position serves as a strategic advisor to the business. You'll help drive financial and operational performance for an iconic company. This is a visible role, working across the enterprise, advising key stakeholders including the C-suite. It could be a great opportunity for someone with a public accounting or audit background. The ideal candidate is humble, hungry, and smart. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary finance point of contact for assigned business units, building strong, collaborative relationships Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans Present findings and recommendations to senior management Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities to drive improvement Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA a plus 5+ years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or a similar role Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Solid understanding of market trends and economic factors that impact performance Excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Sandella Sova Search Partners
