Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: San Fernando, CA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 0600 - 1830

What's the Job?

• Perform manual duties related to the pickup and transportation of products and raw materials within the facility.

• Assist compounding operators by loading ingredients into machines and supporting production flow.

• Inspect, polish, and package products to meet quality standards.

• Clean equipment and facilities to ensure sanitary conditions are maintained.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, cleaning schedules, and transportation logs.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Forklift certification must be obtained within one year of employment.

• No prior experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
