/n/nJob Description/n

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, administering medications, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal patient outcomes.

/n/nResponsibilities/n

/n
- Conduct medication administration and management.
/n
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
/n
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
/n
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
/n

/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n

/n
- Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
/n
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
/n
- Basic Med-Surgical nursing skills.
/n
