Job Description

• Design Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies that empower them to achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and essential daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training and resources to patients and families to assist in sustaining progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to help patients stay aligned with their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for continuing education and postgraduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is required
